Meet the Team

Dr. Uyen Ngoc Mui is dedicated to providing high-quality management of skin conditions. She offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological services. Dr. Mui is fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Dr. Mui graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Biology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She completed her medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. During her time there, she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society, a society for top medical students based on academic excellence, leadership, community service, scholarly activity, and mentorship.

She completed her internship training at UCSF-Fresno in Fresno, California. She then returned to Houston, Texas to complete a research fellowship where she was a sub-investigator in over 60 clinical trials. She has authored many research articles and two book chapters. She completed her dermatology residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.

Dr. Mui is excited to come back to Katy to serve her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and finding new places to eat.
